Missouri – Eileen L. (Noah) Tonya, 95, a lifetime resident of the Kenmore and Norton areas, was called to Heaven by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, after a valiant fight with pancreatic cancer. Mrs. Tonya was lately a resident of Columbus, Ohio and Boynton Beach, Florida and most recently Blue Springs, Missouri where she resided with her daughter, Jerilynn and son-in-law, Louis Slimak until her recent passing. Eileen was the daughter of Virginia (Smith) and Lloyd Noah, both Kenmore residents and she was sister to Richard and Miriam Noah who preceded her in death.  Eileen was also preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Frank J. Tonya of Barberton in the year 2000.  She is survived by her loving daughters, Jacqueline Hillery of Columbus, Ohio, Jerilynn (Louis S.) Slimak of Blue Springs, Missouri and Miriam Allison of Delaware, Ohio; grandchildren, Michelle (nee Hillery) (Charles) Dye of Delaware, Ohio, John (Michelle nee Yozwick) Hillery of New Vienna, Ohio, Louis J. (Carrie nee Farrell) Slimak of Morgantown, West Virginia and Ryan C. (Allison nee Harmon) Slimak of Seattle, Washington; four great-grandchildren, Hayley and Natalie Dye of Delaware, Ohio, Louis C. and Alexander D. Slimak of Morgantown, West Virginia and the rest of the Noah family including, cousins, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Tonya was a graduate of Kenmore High School and was one of the last surviving members of the K.J.C. Women’s Club from that time.  The original members met every month since graduating from high school and remained friends throughout their lives.  She was a member of two golf leagues, one at Barberton Brookside Country Club and the other at Loyal Oak County Club.  She was a member of The Chapel at University Park in Akron, Ohio until recently when she moved to Boynton Beach, Florida and became a member of Royal Palm Presbyterian Church in Boynton Beach, Florida.  She had a winter residence in Florida at the Royal Manor Estates in Boynton Beach for the past 38 years.  She leaves her dear friends, Michael Brown of Boynton Beach, Judy Viner of Ontario, Canada and Marilyn and Rudy Neuendorf of Saginaw, Michigan. Mrs. Tonya enjoyed all the activities at Royal Manor Estates along with golfing, dancing, painting and doing puzzles with her friends and family.  She was a strong, independent woman who loved dressing up and putting on her jewelry and going out every day of her life. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, family and dear friends. Funeral service will be held Friday, September 24th 10 a.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W.
