Dale Patrick Knierien

Dale Patrick Knierien, age 58 of Salem, Ohio passed away at home on Saturday, April 28, 2018. Born December 9, 1959 in Arlington, Virginia, son of Judith K. (nee Hartley) and Dale A. Knierien. Preceded in death by his father, and his brother, Dennis A. Knierien. Dale was a stone mason, carpenter, surveyor and skilled in all levels of home building and remodeling.  Interests were sky-diving, music and artistic texturing and design.He leaves behind his wife and life companion, Christine Mae (nee Clark) Knierien; mother and step-father, Judith K. (Manard) Porter; sister, LynMarie (Jim) Wenger; daughter, Brandy M. (Dan) Mansfield; son, Nathaniel and companion and her children, Ashley Byrd, Tristin, Kilea and Ameer; grandchildren, Noah, Cora, Theodore and Kinley; along with other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Friday, May 4th at 11 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 735 N. Revere Road, Fairlawn.  Inurnment of cremains following at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
