Dorothy L. “Dottie” Spurlock

Dorothy L. “Dottie” Spurlock, 68, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018. Dottie retired from Barberton Citizens Hospital with 45 years of service as ER Secretary.

Preceded in death by her parents, Jeffrey and Annie Bradshaw; brothers, Allen, Gerald and Darrell Bradshaw; sister, Meritta Webster and husband, Dave Spurlock.

Dottie is survived by her sons, David (Vicki) and Dan Spurlock; grandsons, David and Michael; nephew, Darwin (Jessica) Webster and beloved dog, “Sammy”.

Following Dottie’s wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Association’s National Office, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
