Linda J. Hollifield

Linda J. Hollifield, 57, passed away after a brief battle with cancer on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.A resident of Barberton 38 years, Linda was employed by Barberton City Schools for 20 years, working in the cafeteria.Survived by her husband of 37 years, Jay; daughter, Stacy (Brian) Carpenter; son, Brad Hollifield; grandchildren, Kaleb and Lucas Carpenter; father, Paul (Dorothy) Cain; sisters, Leanne Huxtable and Brenda Knapp; brother, Michael Cain; best friend, Cherie Mitchell; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Linda’s family will receive friends on Monday, September 17th from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
