Albert "Al" Juszli

Albert “Al” A. Juszli, 83, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023. He was a life resident of Barberton and was a U.S. Navy veteran. Al retired from the Barberton Fire Department in 1994 with 25 years of service. He was a member of Barberton Moose and the Hunky Club. Al truly loved walleye and perch fishing at Lake Erie and golfing with his friends. His weekly schedule was golf Monday morning, head to Lake Erie on Monday afternoon to fish Monday evening, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, then finish the week golfing Friday and Saturday. Al was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Delores; siblings, Karen (Larry) Jones, Melvin Juszli and Andy Juszli. He is survived by his children, Michelle Goss and Lisa (Kevin) Thacker; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brother, Tom (Julie) Juszli; numerous nephews and friends. Al’s family will receive friends on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton with Last Alarm Service at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to BACM, 939 Norton Avenue, Barberton, Ohio 44203. The family would like to thank Pleasant View Nursing Home and Elara Caring Hospice for all the care and support Al and his family received.
