Alice Jean Strawbridge, 84, passed away after a long battle with Dementia on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. She was a resident of Barberton for most of her life. Alice worked for Marshalls Department Store until there closing and retired from Giant Eagle. She was a member of the GBU in Barberton, Barberton VFW Post 1066 Ladies Auxiliary and the United Fellowship Club in Canal Fulton. Preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, William; son, Steve Lynch; brothers, Victor and John Pikla. Alice is survived by her children, Melody (Jeff) Lenigar, Laura Kline and William (Carolyn) Strawbridge; grandchildren, Jason, Michael and Megan Lenigar, Brian and Eric Kline, Sara (Bill) Pruszkowski, Tori and Jake Lynch, Derek and Billy Strawbridge; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara June Smith; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Due to current circumstances masks are required and social distancing will be observed. Alice’s funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 29th at 12 Noon at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton with Rev. Bruce Mont officiating. Burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receives friends from 11 a.m. until time of service.
