Alice M. Whitehouse

Alice M. Whitehouse, 57, passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2025.  She was a life resident of Akron. Alice was a lifelong member of Central Community Church and was a Central Hower High School Alumni. Preceded in death by her mother, Peggy L. Rager Ragans; father, Glen Rager Sr.; brother, Glen Rager Jr. and grandmother, Jeanne Burt. Alice is survived by her husband, Michael Whitehouse; sons, Terry and Gary (Amanda) Rager and Ricky Whitehouse; grandson, R.J.; granddaughters, Nikki Colli and Ella; siblings, Stacey Beachy, Michael Flowers, Sarah Shaffer and Heather Ragans; nieces and nephews, Brian, Keith, Mercedes, Sean, Peggy and Destiny; along with her church family. Alice’s funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Central Community Church, 919 Johnston Street, Akron, Ohio 44306 with Pastor Jay Loucks officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of her service.
