Annette “Punkin” Lloyd, 85, passed away Monday, July 8, 2024. She was born on May 21, 1939 in Cameron, West Virginia to the late Lindsey and Martha Burley. Annette lived in Barberton for most of her life and was employed by Teledyne Monarch Rubber for 28 ½ years. She attended Victory Chapel. “Punkin” loved to feed people and had a passion for cooking and baking. Her home was open to everyone. Preceded by her husband of 34 years, Fred Lloyd; son, Randy Rookstool; grandsons, Joshua Rookstool and Russell Lee Halsey; siblings, Arnold Burley, Avis Arlene Barrett and Ammon Burley. “Punkin” is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Russell) Halsey; grandchildren, Dustin (Sarah) Halsey, Kyle (Morgan) Halsey, McKayli (Seth) Hager, Sarah (Josh) Kager, Sonya (Tom) Main and Randi Jo Rookstool; numerous great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Frank and Michal Barrett and Sharon Zeppernick for helping with her care. Annette’s funeral service will be held Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 2 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203 with Chaplain Freddie Rodriguez officiating. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1 p.m. until time of her service.
