Barbara “Barb” A. Gumm, 83, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 6, 2025. She was a resident of Barberton for 62 years and was a member of the Magic Cruiser Car Club for 20 years. Barb loved watching the Indians games, spending time with family, camping and trips to the beach, playing bingo and going to casinos. Preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Anna Miscoi; sisters, Suzie and Pauletta and brother, Peter. Barb is survived by her husband of 62 years, Gary; children, Sheila (John) Conway, Kevin Gumm (fiancée, Chrissy) and Chris Gumm (fiancée, Jenna); grandchildren, Morgan (Marc) Dewey, Austin Schrader, Brianna Gumm, Adam and Ryan Conway, Cody Gumm and Tyler Gumm; 10 great-grandchildren with one expected in December; niece, Tracey (Ben) Dietry; along with other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203. Barb’s funeral service will be held Monday, September 15, 2025 at 1 p.m. with visitation from 12 Noon till time of her service with Chaplain Tom Fox officiating. Burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. The family requests, those attending Barb’s visitation/funeral to wear either her favorite color pink or Indians/Guardians attire.
