Carol J. (Conrad) Culpepper

Carol J. Culpepper, 91, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. She was a life resident of Barberton.  Carol retired from Barberton Citizens Hospital as an Executive Secretary after 30 years of service and was an active member of Columbia United Church of Christ. Preceded in death her husband, Lloyd B. Culpepper; sisters, Ruth Harris, Eileen Creasap, Eva Moore and Evelyn Owens. Carol is survived by her children, Karen Braman, Sheryl (John) Vlad, Robert Van Horn (J.C. Johns); grandson, Brandon (Nicole) Vlad; great-grandchild, Nolan Vlad; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.The family would like to thank the staff at Pleasant View and Crossroads Hospice for the excellent care mom received. Carol’s funeral service will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 12 Noon at Columbia United Church of Christ, 978 Wooster Road, W., Barberton with Rev. John Henniger officiating.  Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Carol’s family will receive friends and family from 11 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Columbia United Church of Christ.
