Carol Ann Lesher

Carol Ann Lesher, 83, of New Franklin, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 11, 2024. She was born on June 21, 1941 in Barberton, Ohio and graduated from Northwest High School, Class of 1960. Carol is survived by her devoted husband of 63 years, Harold Lesher, who showed unwavering support and care during her years affected by a stroke. She is also survived by her children, Debbie Lesher Ferrante (Tony) and David Lesher (Becky), and her cherished grandchildren, Monica Ferrante, Nina Ferrante, Jenna Lesher and Jake Lesher; along with other relatives and friends. Carol had a passion for cooking and baking, bringing joy to her family and friends through her culinary talents. She enjoyed a long career in Human Resources at Sears in Rolling Acres Mall, where she made many lifelong friends and left a lasting impact on her colleagues. A strong, smart and intelligent woman, Carol gave strength to her children and was an avid reader.  She was a dedicated member of Lakeview Christian Church. Her warmth, kindness and dedication to her family will be deeply missed by all who knew her.The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 14, 2024 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton. Carol’s funeral service will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 11 a.m. with Jim Gindlesberger officiating.
