Clarence M. Phillips Jr., 92, passed away Friday, July 5, 2024. He was a life resident of Norton. Clarence was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during the Korean War. He retired from Conrail as a conductor with 40 years of service. Preceded in death by his first wife of 30 years, Carol and his second wife of 22 years, Rose. Clarence is survived by his son, Jeff (Lori); stepsons, Joe (Debbie), Chuck (Cathy) and Jim (Nicole); grandchildren, Joey (Jordan) and Erica (Adam); great-grandson, Nolan; along with other relatives and friends. Private services will be held for the family with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
