Curtis ‘Mike” Edward Davis - April 16, 1949 ~ July 17, 2025                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Curtis “Mike” Edward Davis, 76, of Birch River, West Virginia, was called to eternal rest and received into the arms of the Lord on Thursday, July 17, 2025, in his Barberton home. Mike was born in Richwood, West Virginia, and graduated from Nicholas County High School. After high school, Mike worked in the coal mines before pursing his love for business. His passion for business led to the development of his own construction and filter service companies. He spent his retirement enjoying a good cup of coffee while watching the animals on the farm. Mike was known for his witty remarks and sense of humor, but most importantly, his love for his family. Laughter and love followed him wherever he went. Mike brought light into every room he entered, and the loss of that light will be felt for years to come. Mike is survived by his four children, ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and his beloved dog, “Jax”. Mike was preceded in death by his best friend, “Maggie”, a loyal and loved Cavalier Spaniel. By Mike’s request, services will not be held.
