Delores "Dee" J. (Gombas) Davis

Delores “Dee” J. Davis, 87, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024. She was a life resident of Barberton and was a graduate of Barberton High School, Class of 1955. Dee enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and baking. She loved watching “Gunsmoke” and watching and supporting her Ohio Athletics. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Glenn “Jeep” Davis. Dee is survived by her sons, Glenn A. Davis Jr. (Tammy) and Tim (Denise) Davis; daughter, Jennifer Davis (Steve); grandchildren, Stephanie, Rebecca, Gavin, Lauren, Caleb, Rylee, Ava and Cole; six great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Dimitroff; dear friends, Lesa Bieri, Bill Allen and Gary Radanof; along with other family members and friends. Dee’s funeral service will be held Monday, December 23, 2024 at 1 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Avenue, Barberton with Deacon Michael Stasko officiating.  Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until time of her service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans at: help.dav.org.
