Donna Jean Augustynovich

Donna Jean Augustynovich, 70, of Barberton, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 15, 2023. Donna was born in Barberton, Ohio on April 16, 1952. She graduated from Barberton High School, Class of 1970. She was a very active volunteer her entire life helping out with the Barberton Red Cross, Pals of Fortune, Barberton Hospital Candy Stripers, and at many local food banks. Donna went on to serve in her long career as a Registered Nurse. During her career, she worked at Cuyahoga Falls Hospital, the Summit County Jail and then retired as a workers compensation advocate Nurse for Bunch Associates.She was a long-standing member of Cuyahoga Falls Presbyterian Church. Donna loved to crochet and took great pleasure in making gifts for her friends and family. Donna was predeceased by her parents Benjamin and Dorothy Augustynovich. She is survived by her brothers, Ron (Ronnie) Augustynovich and Mark (Karen) Augustynovich; nephews and nieces, Craig (Becky) Augustynovich, Kerri Nelson Augustynovich, Jessica (Tyler) Kenepp, Jacob (Jackelyn) Augustynovich and Ashley Augustynovich, Uncle Clyde and Aunt Maxine, and many other cousins who visited her often. All of her family cherish the many joyful Holidays spent together with Donna. Donna leaves behind many lives touched by her faith and service and she will be sadly missed by her family. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Celebration of Life for Donna will take place at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Avenue, Barberton Ohio on Friday, January 27, 2023. Calling hours from 12 noon to 2pm, followed by the 2pm Memorial Service with Pastor Chris McCurdy officiating.The burial service will then immediately follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
