Donna J. Morgan

Donna J. Morgan, 91, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. She was a life resident of Barberton. Donna retired from Whitehouse Chicken after 25 years of service. She was a lifetime member of First Lutheran Church of Barberton. Donna was a former member of the Barberton Liedertafel, Hunky Club and Barberton Moose. Preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Morgan Sr.; daughter, Cindy Schanz; son-in-law, Jim Merlo and sister, Catherine Fox. Donna is survived by her daughter, Debra Merlo; son, Samuel Morgan Jr. and son-in-law, Peter Schanz; grandchildren, Jim (Erica) Merlo, Jaime Merlo (Chris), Petey (Samantha) Schanz, Megan Schanz and Sam Morgan; great-grandchildren, Landon, Noah and Nolan; along with other relatives and friends. Donna’s funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 12 Noon at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203 with Pastor Erik Swanson officiating. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until time of Donna’s service.
