Frank Turkovich Obituary

Frank S. Turkovich, 76, passed away after multiple battles with cancer on Saturday, October 16, 2021. He was born in Barberton on April 4, 1945. Frank retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service, serving two tours in Vietnam. He also retired from the U.S. Postal Service after twelve years of service. Frank was a member of the Barberton Moose and attended Cottage Grove Church of the Nazarene. Preceded in death by his brother, Vince Turkovich Jr. and sister, Mary Joanne “Suzie” Murray. Frank is survived by his wife, Amanda; children, Joann Turkovich, Stacy (Tony) Barnes, Tammy Arrington, Samantha (Heather) Muze, Kyle (Amber) Turkovich, Austin Kirk, Taylor Arvay and Ethan Arvay; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with many other relatives and friends. Private services for Frank will take place for the family. Burial at Lakewood Cemetery with military honors.
