Gary R. Weber, 84, passed away into the arms of the Lord on Monday, December 4, 2023. Gary was a life resident of Barberton/Norton and a graduate of Barberton High School, Class of 1958. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a mail carrier with 32 years of service. Gary enjoyed golfing and fishing. Preceded in death by his father, Lloyd H. Weber; mother, Eva Mayberry; stepmother, Opal Weber and brother, Harold Dean Weber. Gary is survived by his wife of 61 years, Roberta; daughters, Kim Boggs (George Decker) and Vicki Weber (Ty Malcomb); grandchildren, Jennifer (Rob) and Emily (John); great-grandchildren, Cadence and John; sister, Diana (Steve) Starr; sister-in-law, Sally Weber; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and his “bestest” friends, dog, “Chloe” and cat, “Whiskers”. Gary’s funeral service will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 at 3 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton with Rev. Rod Grabski officiating. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.
