Gregory J. “Greg” Bloomfield Jr.

Gregory J. “Greg” Bloomfield Jr., 40, passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026. He was born on July 4, 1985, in Pisa, Italy and was a resident of Barberton for 35 years. He graduated from Barberton High School in 2003 and received his associates degree from Kent State. Greg was employed by Target.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Jenine Chapman, and grandfather, Clyde Bloomfield. Greg is survived by parents, Joe and Leahann Bloomfield; sister, Carolyn Bloomfield; grandmother, Alice Bloomfield; along with many other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, March 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m at Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203 with Pastor Rod Grabski officiating. Inurnment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Greg’s family will receive family and friends on Friday from 12 noon until time of service.
