Ivan "Snook" Barber

 Ivan “Snook” C. Barber, 81, residing in Barberton, OH passed away at his home on Thursday, May 11th, 2023.Ivan, born on January 28th, 1942 grew up in Kenmore, and worked at Louisiana Pacific, retiring after 30 years. He is survived by a daughter, Tanya Miller (Barber), a granddaughter, Tabitha Tierney (Miller) and her partner, Spencer Tierney, a great granddaughter, (Aniyah Bacon), as well as nephews, Eddie and David Barber. Snook liked to contest horses when he was younger. He loved to listen to Elvis and watch TV shows such as Andy Griffith, All in the Family, and Judge Judy with his longtime friend, Gloria, and enjoyed eating breakfast at The Coffee Pot in Barberton. A special thanks to Elara Caring for their compassionate care. Ivan’s family will receive friends and family at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton OH, 44203 on Friday, May 19th from 2-5 PM.
