James "Jim" Durkin

James “Jim” Durkin, 77, of Hartville, Ohio passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025. Jim was a lifelong resident of Northeast, Ohio. He was one of the founders and president of Cleveland Pump Repair and Services in Twinsburg, Ohio. Preceded in death by his brother, Jack. Jim is survived by his life partner and best friend, Kathleen Shippy; sister, Donna Gualtier; special niece, Christy McDaniel; granddaughters, Amanda Miller and Emily Durkin; along with several nieces, nephews and friends. Jim’s funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 5 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until time of his service.
