Obituary
James M. “Mike” Jenney, 81, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Summa Barberton Hospital. He was born on July 15, 1941 in Barberton, Ohio and was a graduate of Hoban High School. Mike was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the City of Barberton as Operator of the Sewage Plant. Preceded in death by his best friend and loving wife of 52 years, Mary Ann (nee Nemeth); parents, Judge Charles Jenney and Vida Jenney; brothers, Charles and John; sisters, Ann and Ellen. Mike leaves to mourn, sons, John and Thomas; brother, George; special friends, John Antonelli and Dennis and Maggie Stewart; along with many friends at St. Augustine Church. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Father, Bill Browne. A memorial mass will be held at a later date. Inurnment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery beside his wife, Mary Ann.
