Joan Bennett

Joan Bennett, 81, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 15, 2025. She was born on June 22, 1943 in Milo, West Virginia and was an area resident for most of her life. Joan retired from Wright Tool with 25 years of service and was a member of the Barberton Slovene Center. Preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Goldie Rinehart; brothers, Junior and Bob Rinehart; sisters, Jean Alfred and Beverly Siers; stepdaughters, Jami Bakke and Tami Yaeger. Joan is survived by her husband, Harold Bennett; son, Steven H. (Karen) Riddle of St. Marys, West Virginia; daughter, Lisa Renee Riddle of Parkersburg, West Virginia; stepdaughters, Terina (Dale) Foster, Annie Fineman and Tonya Webb; stepsons-in-law, Marve Bakke and Lon Yeager; grandchildren, Bradley and Scott Riddle, Tanner (Halle) Bleakley, Hunter Bleakley, Bradford Swiger and Gregory Swiger; great-granddaughter, Nymeria Bleakley; along with many other relatives and friends. Following Joan’s wishes there will be no services and cremation has taken place.
