Obituary

John Jeffrey Frascello was born on January 30, 1964 to Salvatore and Mary (Oravecz) Frascello. He passed away after a short battle with cancer on Sunday, March 27, 2022. He was a lifelong resident of the Barberton area and a graduate of Barberton High School, Class of 1982. John enjoyed friends, cars and motorcycles and his family with a special love of animals, especially his many cats over the years. He was predeceased by his parents, Sal and Mary, and older brother, Vincent. He leaves behind a son, Michael Keener, a brother, Stephen (Karen) Frascello of Phoenix, Arizona, and a sister, Mariann (Tim) Boeckman of Amarillo, Texas. He was a special uncle to Vince, Jeanette, Michael, Erica and Amanda, all of which enjoyed many holidays with him. He also leaves behind very special lifelong friend, Matt Savula of Akron, Ohio. He will be sadly missed by all, and we are relieved that he is no longer suffering. Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held. Donations can be made to Stark County Humane Society at http://www.starkhumane.org/Donate/Online.
