John Daniel Ocheltree

John Daniel Ocheltree, 71, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023. He was a resident of Barberton for most of his life.  John graduated from Barberton High School, Class of 1970.  He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era and enjoyed going to church and singing. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Ona Ocheltree and sister, Sandra Hensley. John is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lydia Dianne; sons, Christopher (Justina) Ocheltree and Bryan Ocheltree; several grandchildren; brothers, Dave (Sherry) Ocheltree, Tim (Karen) Ocheltree, Mark (Debbie) Ocheltree and Phillip (Yoko) Ocheltree; numerous nieces, nephews; other relatives and friends. Private services will be held for the family.  Inurnment to take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with military honors.
