Joy M. (Hunt) Neal

Joy M. Neal, 61, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022 after a courageous 15 year battle with ovarian cancer. She was a life resident of Barberton and a graduate of Barberton High School, Class of 1979. Joy loved spending time with her family and vacationing at the beach. Preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Brian and parents, Ray and Evelyn Hunt. Joy is survived by her daughters, Amanda (Jake) McFarland, Amber (Ian) Stender and Arin (Michael) Fischer; grandchildren, Mason, Max, Mackenzie, Evelyn, Aiden, Austin, Eden and Ethan; siblings, Jeffrey (Vicki) Hunt, Janet (Ken) Bowersox and Jonathan (Rose) Hunt; along with other relatives and friends. Joy’s funeral service will be held Friday, June 17, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Campfield- Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton with Pastor Adam Barton officiating. Entombment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.  Her family will receive friends and family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959
