Joyce Ann Clemetson

Joyce Ann Clemetson, 77, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. She was born in Barberton on May 19, 1947 to the late Robert and Virginia Baters. She was a resident of Norton most of her life. Joyce was a graduate of Norton High School, Class of 1965 and graduated from Ohio State with a Master Degree in social work. She was a longtime member of Barberton First Church of the Nazarene and currently attended Grace Church, Norton Campus. Preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Jackie Baters. Joyce is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ronald; children, Darrell (Kristina) Clemetson, Jennifer (Greg) Fillers and Jeremy Clemetson; eight grandchildren; sisters, Nancy (Arnold) Crawford and Robin (Phil) Costanzo.Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Grace Church, 3970 S. Cleveland Massillon Road, Norton, Ohio 44203. Joyce’s funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Grace Church with Pastor Aidan Finn officiating. Visitation from 10 a.m. until time of her service. Burial to follow at Clinton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the church.
