Kirby Blackert

Kirby Blackert, 52, passed away on Tuesday April 9th, 2024 peacefully at home after battling cancer. He will be deeply missed by his children, Tyler, Jaynie, and Noah; grandchildren, Emery and Avery who knew him as Papa; fiancee’ Candy; mother, Peggy; brother, Danny and all those who knew and loved him. Born on December 2nd, 1971. Kirby was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, son and friend. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his children, family and dogs “Zoey” and “Samuel”, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Kirby had a passion for motorcycles and off-road adventures. He loved the thrill of the open road and the freedom it brought. Whether he was exploring new trails with Candy or sharing his knowledge and experiences with fellow enthusiasts, Kirby's love for the outdoors was evident to all. Beyond his adventurous spirit, Kirby was a loving and caring individual. He was always there to lend a helping hand and offer support to those in need. His kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on them. Calling hours will be held at FIVE39 Church (2240 Goodyear Blvd, Akron, OH 44305) on Monday April 22nd, 2024 from 3-5pm. Flowers can be sent to FIVE39 from 8am-2pm Monday the 22nd.
