Linda L. McDonald

Linda L. McDonald, 85, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 10, 2024. A resident of Clinton for 61 years. She was an active member of the Barberton First Baptist Church. Linda volunteered at the Soup Kitchen and Common Threads in Barberton. Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Dillard “Mac” McDonald; son, Bryan McDonald and daughter, Tracy Viar. Linda is survived by her son, Scott McDonald; grandchildren, Kyle Stanley, Scott Jr., Noah and Rhiannon Viar and Sara Gillispie; step-grandchildren, Ashli Stanojevic, Taren Berlin and Kayli Viar; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Walt (Sue) Kyer; her four legged friend, “Rascal” along with other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held for Linda on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 1 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton with Pastor Mike Prebynski officiating. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until time of her service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church, 254 Sixth Street, N.W. Barberton, Ohio 44203.
