Marguerite “Marge” Gilbert (Fury)

Marge, 93, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 28, 2021. She was born on October 31, 1927 in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Marge is survived by her five children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandma “Nanny”. Marge was a proud member of AARP Kenmore Chapter as a president where she had the pleasure of meeting Sherri Bevan Walsh. She was also a proud member of Daughters of America Akron Chapter. The family likes to reminisce playing games, fun memories and having special dinners and deserts only she could make. She was loved by all that knew her for her patience, kindness and big heart. Marge will be dearly missed.The family had a private service with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to AARP or Daughters of America in memory of Marge Gilbert.
