Mark D. Haywood, 61, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2024 after a battle with bone marrow cancer. He was a lifelong resident of Barberton and was a graduate of Barberton High School, Class of 1981. He served his country as a U.S. Navy Veteran. Mark was a member of IBEW Local #306 and was a longtime member of Barberton Social Club and Barberton Civitan Club. Preceded in death by his “Four Legged Friends”, Leo and Piper. Mark is survived by his wife of 25 years, Cindy; sons, Joshua and Dylan Haywood; former spouse, Julianne Haywood; brothers, Paul (Denise) Haywood and Jack Haywood; nieces and nephews, Chase, Mason, Kyle, Hailey and Madison Haywood; close friends and co-worker brothers and sisters of IBEW Local #306; along with other relatives and friends. Mark’s family will receive friends on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 12 Noon to 3 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203. Please dress casually.
