Randall "Randy" Joseph Rager

Randall Joseph Rager, age 55, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Fairlawn, Ohio, on Monday, March 17, 2025. He was born on September 18, 1969, in Barberton, Ohio. Randy was the beloved son of Daniel J. Rager and the late Judith Rager (North). He graduated from Barberton High School with the class of 1987. For 17 years, he dedicated his professional life to Co-ax Technology, where he served as a senior purchaser. Randy possessed a great sense of adventure and a love for travel, especially his frequent trips to Florida. He found joy in riding rollercoasters, spending quality time with family and friends, and creating lasting memories. He had a kind, generous, and thoughtful nature, always sharing a smile and bringing laughter to those around him. He was also dedicated to his health and fitness, maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. He will be deeply missed by his father, Daniel J. Rager; his lifelong friend, Donald Yoder; his sisters, Sharon (Mark) Mitchell and Sandra (Robin) Ries; his niece, Ashley (Seth) Browning, their children Landan, and Karsen; and his nephews, Daniel (Kate) Ries, their children Aaron, William, Noah, and Owen; and Robbie (Brandy) Ries, their children Cadan, and Kaylee; He was predeceased by his mother, Judith (North) Rager as well as his Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and other loved ones.  A viewing service to celebrate Randy’s life will be held at the Campfield- Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203 on Sunday, March 30th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, with a funeral service officiated by Pastor Paul Pamer and Pastor Rod Pamer immediately following at 3 p.m.
