Robert "Bob" A. Blake Sr.

Robert “Bob” A. Blake Sr., 77, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 24, 2024. He was born on April 19, 1947 in West Virginia and was a resident of Barberton most of his life. Bob was a graduate of Barberton High School, Class of 1965. He was employed by the Ohio Brass for 19 years. Bob enjoyed listening to country music.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Doyle Blake; brothers, Richard and William Blake and son, Bobby Blake. Bob leaves behind his loving wife of 58 years, Joyce; son, Michael (Rebecca) Blake; grandchildren, Nicholas, Angela, Bethany and Josephine. Following Bob’s request, cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial service for Bob on Friday, November 29, 2024 at the River of Life Ministries, 222 26th Street, N.W., Barberton at 12 Noon with visitation from 11 a.m. until time of his service.
