Robert "Bob" E. Thompson

Robert E. “Bob” Thompson, 76, passed away Friday, June 16, 2023. He was a life resident of Barberton/Coventry and was a “Snow Bird” in Florida during the winter months. He retired from Babcock and Wilcox with over 35 years of service. Bob was an avid outdoors man and Cleveland sports fan and loved his dog, “Buddy”. Survived by his wife of 30 years, Brenda; children, Brandy Thompson and Ben Thompson; stepdaughter, Cortney Hernandez; many grandchildren; sister, Peggy Morneau; along with many nieces and nephews; other family members and many friends. A “Celebration of Life” for Bob will be announced at a later date.
