Ron L. Duskey, 94, went home to be with Lord On Wednesday, December 10, 2025. He was born in Grantsville, West Virginia on September 2, 1931 to the late Ray and Madge Duskey. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Korean War. Ron retired from Babcock & Wilcox after 37 years of service as a Department Supervisor. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting and was a talented woodworker. Ron also enjoyed watching the Cleveland Indians, Greenbay Packers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Preceded in death by his siblings, Jo Ellen, Jim and Bill. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Maxine; daughter, Deborah (Ralph) Cunningham; grandchildren, Evan (Amanda) and Jason; great-grandchildren, Owen, Aurora, Oliver and Wyatt; brother, Harold Duskey; sister, Angelina Brock; along with other relatives and friends. Ron’s funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Avenue, Barberton 44203 with Pastor Mike Prebynski officiating. Burial to follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with military honors. Visitation from 11:30 a.m. until time of his service.
