Ronald "Ron" L. Smith

Ronald “Ron” L. Smith, 83, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024. He was a life resident of Norton and a graduate of Norton High School, Class of 1959. Ron was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from Goodrich/Michelin with over 40 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion #566, Barberton Moose #759 and the Cobra Club.  Preceded in death by his wife, Pamala (3/17/24). Ron is survived by his children, Robert Smith, Brenda Ferguson, Tonya (Robert) Specht and Monique (Ronald) Smith; grandchildren, Samantha (Isaiah) Britton, Staci Kirby, Nicholas (Kelly) Paulus, Demi (Josh) Bengston, Hunter Farley, Tyler Smith and Samantha Smith; great-grandchildren, Hailielynn Smith, Ciara Kirby, Violet Smith, Murphy and Maxwell Bengston and Mikey Paulus; along with other relatives and friends. Following Ron’s wishes there will be no services. Cremation has taken place.
