Ruth L (Smart) Livesay

Ruth L. Livesay, 94, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, August 6, 2020. She was born in Barberton on April 15, 1926 and was a resident of Norton for 63 years.  Ruth retired from Barberton Citizens Hospital after ten years of service.  Preceded in death by her husband, Walter; parents, Joseph and Stella Smart and brothers, Delbert and Paul Smart; survived by her children, Bonnie Knott, David Livesay and Nancy Livesay; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Ruth’s funeral service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203 with Pastor Rod Grabski officiating.  Burial at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Doylestown.  The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and also one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Susan G.
