Sandra J. (Warren) Swiger

Sandra (Warren) Swiger, 91, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Sandra dedicated 42 years of service to Akron General Hospital before retiring. She was a proud member of Wintergreen Ledges and was known for her kindness, strength, and devotion to her family.

Preceded in death by parents, Mr. and Mrs. Warren; her brother, Jim; and beloved husband, John.

Sandra is survived by her children, Sandy and Glen (Diane); stepchildren, Donna and Calvin; as well as five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren all of whom brought her immense joy.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all the staff at the Arbors at Fairlawn and hospice for their compassionate care.

Following Sandra’s wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m at Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203 with Pastor Josh McConnell officiating. Inurnment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
