Sarajane Mason

Sarajane Mason, 78, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 9, 2024. She was born in Barberton on July 10, 1946 to the late Evelyn and Ralph Brooks. Sarajane was a life resident of Barberton and enjoyed quilting, sewing and crocheting. Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Donald Mason; daughter, Christina Mason; great-grandson, Bryan Lockhart Jr.; siblings, Juanita Moore, Margaret Butler, Lillian Williams, Ralph Brooks and Gearldine Reddick. She is survived by her daughters, Renea Mason and son-in-law, Lou Krkljus and Tammie Nichols and son-in-law, Kevin Nichols; sister, Lois Fertig; grandchildren, Melonie Anders, Amber Allison and Donald Nichols; great-grandchildren, Destiny Lockhart, Jasmine Brown and Damien Brown; great-great-grandchildren, Lydia Gadosik, Lucas and Landon Lockhart, along with many nieces and nephews. Sarajane’s funeral service will be held on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 4 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton with Pastor Tom Ledford officiating. Her family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until time of the service.
