Steven Sam Tomsello

Steven Sam “Scooter” Tomsello, 61, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. He was a life resident of Cuyahoga Falls and the Barberton area. Steve was a member of Wintergreen Ledges Church of God and was an avid sports fan. Preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Betty Tomsello and sisters, Millie and Rose. Survived by his wife of 21 years, Joan; three “Fur Babies”, Copper, Panther and Smokey; sister, Joanne Tomsello; along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held for Steve on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Wintergreen Ledges Church of God, 1889 Vernon Odom Blvd., Akron, Ohio 44320, with Pastor Jim Roma and Pastor Josh McConnell officiating. The family will receive friends and family from 1 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, https://act.alz.org.
