Suzanne L. Saylor

Suzanne L. Saylor, 65, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025 after a six year battle with cancer. She was a life resident of Barberton and a graduate of Barberton High School, class of 1978.  Suzanne retired from Akron City Hospital as an X-Ray Tech after many years of service. Suzanne truly enjoyed Taco Tuesday with her friends, International Traveling, Diet Coke and her kitties.She was preceded in death by her parents, William & Loretta Saylor. Suzanne is survived by her sister, Leslie (Dale) Soltis; niece, Sarah (Keith) Williams; nephew, Matthew Soltis; great-nieces and great-nephews, Aidan Menleigh and Nathan Williams; Evelynn and Owen Soltis and “Kitties”, Scarlett and Ashanti and a great group of friends. Suzanne’s funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton 44203 with Pastor Mike Prebynski officiating. Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Suzanne’s family will receive friends on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 1 to 3 p.m. and also on Monday, from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.
