Theodore "Ted" Ray Fernwalt

Theodore “Ted” Ray Fernwalt, 74, of Barberton, Ohio left to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Ted was a sincere, honest and generous man of God, who lent a hand to anyone in need. Preceded in death by his parents, Raymond E. “Whistler” Fernwalt, mother, Nadejda “Baba” Hunter and sister, Angela Naus. He leaves behind children, Brandon, Brett and Teddi; brothers, Alex, Richard and Tony; sisters, Maryellen and Julianne. Extended family, Billie and Kristina; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors will all miss Ted. He reminds us as always to keep the Lord close and live a righteous life. A last word of scripture found on his hat reads, “I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the father, but by me. (John 14:6)” Ted’s family will receive friends on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203 with Reverend Mitch Martin delivering a eulogy at 2 p.m.
