Thomas "Tom" Mitchell

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tom Mitchell (Norton, Ohio), who passed away suddenly on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at the age of 55. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends. He was preceded by his father, Thomas Mitchell, Sr. Tom is survived by his wife, Brenda Mitchell; daughter, Angel Ritsko-Mitchell; stepdaughters, Jessica (Drew) Cunningham, Jacklyn (Jordan) Menc and Janine (Jalen) Wade; stepson, James (Abbigail) Newbrough; his ten grandchildren, Bryanna, Jocelyn, Logan, Audrina, Rylee, Alyvia, Isabella, Dominik, Jalen Jr. and Jade; mother, Linda Tedesco; brothers, Nick and Michael Tedesco; nephew, Leon Tedesco; aunts and uncles, Candy Tuemmler, Bradd Kunde, Valarie and Bernie Trevino, Patricia and Dave Bowen; cousins, Mackenzie and Ross Downing. Tom’s family will receive friends on Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton. The family will speak at 12 Noon. Tom will be interned at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Akron, Ohio.
