Walter A. Landals

Walter A. Landals, 80, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024. He was born on September 12, 1943 in Barberton and was a graduate of Barberton High School. Walter retired from Babcock and Wilcox after 35 years of service and then was a Drywaller for 20 years. He was a member of National Lodge #568 F& A.M. Preceded in death by his daughter, Laura Calvert and grandson, Brian Calvert. Walt is survived by son, Kevin (Terri) Landals; daughter, Dawn Landals (David Moore); son, David (Kris) Landals; grandchildren, Kevin (Aslyne) and Annmarie (Steve) and Dustin; seven great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday June 14, 2024 from 5 to 7 p.m. with a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton, Ohio 44203. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
