Wanda D. Brandt, 57, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. She was born June 25, 1964 in Akron, Ohio. Wanda was a faithful member, board secretary and craft teacher at Victory Chapel. She was a lifelong resident of Coventry Township. Wanda was known for her caring and love for her beloved husband, family and friends. She was also known for caring and doing for others and for her love for animals. Wanda is preceded in death by her father, Paul Bentley; brother, Bo; grandparents, Lenna and Alfred Branham and Lydia Carr and William Bentley; nephew, Timothy Ward; cousin, Fred Little Jr.; along with other family members. She is survived by and leaves behind her beloved husband, Gary Brandt; children, Gary (Amanda) Brandt Jr., Linda (James) Miller and Jessica (Kevin) Cassiday; grandchildren, Jordan, Steven, Timothy and Samuel Brandt; Haden, Matthew, Alanna, Kaylee Miller and Eric Cassiday. She also leaves behind her mother, Linda Bentley; sisters, Peggy Blancett and Suzanne Armsey and brother, Samuel Bentley; along with many other family members and friends. Wanda wanted to thank her doctor, Jonathan Edwards and all her cancer doctors and teams whom took care of her. Wanda also sends a special thank you out to Todd and Barb at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home for being so kind and caring. Wanda’s funeral service will held Monday, August 30th at 1 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman- Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton with Pastor Robert Webb officiating. She will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and also one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
