William "Bill" B. Moore

William “Bill” B. Moore, 96, passed away Saturday, October 5, 2024. He was a resident of Copley for 65 years and was a U.S. Army veteran.  Bill retired from PPG Industries with 35 years of service. Preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Faye Moore; parents, Frances and Forrest Moore; six brothers and wife of 71 years, IraJean Moore. Bill is survived by his daughters, Sharon Morton of Barberton and Kathie (Roger) Joseph of Copley; sons, Michael (Bev) Moore of Mogadore and Chris (Kathy) Moore of Cadiz; grandchildren, Dr. William (Amanda) Swinehart, Gregory Swinehart, Brittany Moore, Kyle Moore and Travis Moore and five great-grandchildren. William’s funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 2 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton with Pastor Don Moore officiating.  Burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of the service.
