Cathy L. Windland, 56, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016. Survived by her children, Sasha Windland, Janett Martin (nee Windland) and Vincent (Hannah) Hicks; grandchildren, Ariana and Amira Martin; brother, William Maynard (Teresa L.) Lowe and sister, Susan (Jim) Wheeler. A celebration of Cathy’s life will be held Saturday, September 17th. For more information contact the family at 330-906-4622.
